Kempinski Hotel, St. Moritz: A modern showstopper in a revered setting.

For the Grand Hotel les Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz, we were commissioned with the design, planning and implementation for the replacement of the famous and exclusive breakfast buffet. The result is a unique object that seamlessly blends into the venerable setting of the iconic building with a contemporary design. Since the last winter season, the breakfast buffet’s new look within the Les Saisons restaurant has been contributing to the elegant atmosphere, not only in the morning, but also during the dinner service and at gala events.

Thanks to the smooth cooperation with GaPlan GmbH and GLAESER AG, the ambitious opening date could be met.
